Mike retired and sold the bakery,different name, still the same address and phone #, but don't expect to find the same products.  The web site has also been closed.   If there's any changes I'll post here.

The Bakery

Dragone's Bakery is located at 377 Union avenue, Paterson NJ. The telephone number is (973) 790-8655 
The store is open everyday except mondays. There you will find our full selection of Italian cookies and butter cookies, as well as italian pastries and all types of cakes and pies. The Italian rum cakes are a specialty of the store.

What's cookin

Lets talk cookies, Pignoli cookies are soft and chewy, the combination of the pine nut and the cookie make it a  great after dinner cookie that goes well with coffee, expresso or a after dinner drink. Amaretti cookies are almost the same as the pignolli only without the pine nut.  The biscotti are not soft, they are actually very crunchy and have a slight  hint of cinnamon taste to them. If your not sure what to try go for the mixed tin which have all four varieties .

New website offering Italian cookies

OK, this is going to be the blog for the new online store. Actually the store has been around for 47 years, the  website is new. I think wer're going to have a niche market, just Italian cookies for now, and really just pignoli cookies and almond biscotti. We will be packaging these cookies in tins which will be shipped either to our customers or if they like to a different shipping address with a gift note
