What's cookin

Lets talk cookies, Pignoli cookies are soft and chewy, the combination of the pine nut and the cookie make it a  great after dinner cookie that goes well with coffee, expresso or a after dinner drink. Amaretti cookies are almost the same as the pignolli only without the pine nut.  The biscotti are not soft, they are actually very crunchy and have a slight  hint of cinnamon taste to them. If your not sure what to try go for the mixed tin which have all four varieties .
